RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods—no reason required.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. No additional fees will apply.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
✔ The item must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
❌ Custom-made or personalized items.
❌ Perishable goods or products with expired dates.
❌ Items unsealed after delivery due to hygiene or health concerns.
❌ Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Gift Returns
🎁 If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is processed. If the gift was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
